The Summit Club Maintenance Program
Registering for the Summit Club HVAC Maintenance Program takes the guesswork out of your unit’s maintenance. We provide seasonal tune-ups for all systems, including furnaces, traditional ACs, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits.
You won’t have to worry about scheduling, either; instead of possibly forgetting about your next seasonal tune-up and scrambling to book an appointment, you’ll always have a priority spot to ensure a smooth process every year.

The Summit Club HVAC Maintenance Program also provides tremendous value by saving you money on both utilities and repairs. Seasonal tune-ups ensure peak performance from cooling and heating systems, boosting efficiency to use less energy and lower your bills.
Our skilled technicians will carefully inspect and fine-tune your system to improve reliability and longevity. And by spotting potential issues as soon as possible, we can provide repairs before they escalate, helping you avoid the need for an early replacement.
TIER 1 STANDARD PLAN
- Annual service performed on indoor heating unit, gas or electric.
- Service includes standard cleaning of cabinet interior.
- Visual check of complete indoor unit
- Check Amp draws of motors and capacitor.
- Check and clean burners (If required)
- Check and clean inducer motor (If required)
- Check and clean condensate system at furnace.
- Check and clean flame sensor (If required)
- Check Heat exchanger system and FLUE exhaust system (If required)
- Check all remaining electronics including thermostat.
- 1 year supply of MERV 8 standard size filters (OR)
- Clean electronic air cleaner
TIER 2 PREMIUM PLAN
- Heat Pump with AC and indoor unit maintenance Plan, 2 visits per year.
- Spring and Summer visit will maintenance the Cooling side of the system
- Fall and Winter visit will maintenance the heating side of the system.
- Service includes standard cleaning of cabinet interior.
- Visual check of complete indoor unit
- Check refrigerant levels or optimum performance.
- Check Amp draws of motors and capacitor.
- Check and clean burners (If required)
- Check and clean inducer motor (If required)
- Check and clean condensate system at furnace.
- Check and clean flame sensor (If required)
- Check Heat exchanger system and FLUE exhaust system (If required)
- Check all remaining electronics including thermostat.
- 1 year supply of MERV 8 standard size filters OR, Clean electronic air cleaner
DUCTLESS HEAT PUMP PLAN
- Standard case cleaning of outdoor heat pump
- Light Outdoor unit coil wash with coil cleaner solution
- Inspect all electrical components, indoor and outdoor unit.
- Inspect all connections visible to outdoor and indoor unit, without removal of line hide.
- Check for any signs of refrigerant or water leaks in system.
- Clean condensate drain system and add pan tablets or strips to prevent condensate clogs
- Remove indoor head cover and inspect for any signs of damage or future problems.
- Light cleaning of indoor coil, normal cleaning would be vacuuming dust and debris.
- Clean indoor filter.
- Check full operation of system for optimal performance.
- 1 visit per year
- Indoor wall mount deep cleaning & sanitizing with our Jet-Clean system $89.00 per head
- Outdoor unit deep cleaning and sanitizing with our Jet-Clean system $89.00 per outdoor unit
